1. Acceptance

Installing and using Lich Van Nang means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the app.

2. Reference content

Prayers, festivals, Tu Vi charts, numerology, the 12 zodiac signs, the feng shui compass, Lo Ban rulers and auspicious-day scores are traditional cultural reference material. They are not medical, legal, financial or investment advice. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

Lo Ban tables, sub-section names and Tu Vi star placement differ between schools. Before building work or an important ceremony, check against a craftsman or practitioner you trust.

3. Calendar accuracy

Lunar dates are computed for Vietnam time (UTC+7). We aim for accuracy but make no guarantee of being error-free. If you find a mistake, please write to the address below.

4. Your data

Backing up your own data is your responsibility. The app can export your data and optionally sync to your own Google Drive. We hold no copy, so we cannot restore anything for you if you lose your device or uninstall the app.

5. Premium

Premium is billed through Google Play and follows Google Play’s refund policy. Manage or cancel under Google Play → Subscriptions.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with or redistribute the app, and do not use it for anything unlawful under Vietnamese law.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app means accepting the new version.
